Set-up/Tear-down times:

  • Vendors are asked to set up between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 21st, and should remain set up until 3:30 p.m.

Shipping/Return Shipping:

  • For shipping packages to the Lamar Street Center, you must first contact Cari Cervi at Cari@lamarstreetcenter.com or Tammy Sullivan at Tammy@lamarstreetcenter.com.
  • Return Shipping – Lamar Street Center is not responsible for return shipments. Vendors are responsible for their own packaging (this includes but not limited to tape, labels, and pallet wrap) and arranging for pickup.

Exhibit Booth Attendees: Our administrators at Meetings Northwest will contact you at the beginning of August for the names of your booth attendee.  Please remember there is an additional $20 fee for lunch per attendee.
